1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use ExamCatalyst.ai.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Services Provided

ExamCatalyst.ai offers:

  • AI-assisted self-learning modules for CSIR, GATE, UGC-NET, and related examinations.
  • Dynamic study notes, practice tests, and personalized learning plans.
  • Subscription-based access to premium courses and features.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Access to certain courses requires payment of subscription fees.
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways; ExamCatalyst.ai does not store sensitive card details.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription models with prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

By using ExamCatalyst.ai, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
  • Not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
  • Not copy, redistribute, or misuse course materials.
  • Respect intellectual property rights of ExamCatalyst.ai and third-party contributors.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including courses, notes, tests, and AI-generated study plans, are the property of Exam Amalgam (OPC) Private Limited.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal learning only.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, subject to verification.
  • Subscription cancellations will stop future billing but do not entitle you to refunds for prior payments.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ExamCatalyst.ai provides educational tools but does not guarantee exam success.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
  • Misuse platform resources or intellectual property.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of ExamCatalyst.ai after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
